JOHN C. ANDERSON - Chief Executive Officer

John C. Anderson is a former professor of management at UCLA, Queen's University (Canada), Columbia and Cornell and periodically teaches Entrepreneurial Marketing in the Entrepreneurship Center of the College of Business Administration at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Dr. Anderson was the head of global special events for UNICEF for five years and then was Executive Vice President of a nationally known marketing and promotion agency.

In 1990, he founded International Strategic Marketing Inc., an entertainment-marketing agency. Since its inception, ISM has implemented the marketing, sponsorship or promotion over 150 music tours as well as creating cross promotions with major studios such as Sony Pictures, MTM Studios, Paramount Studios, Hanna-Barbera, and Disney for corporate clients. The company's corporate clients have included Sony Electronics, JVC Company of America, Samsung Electronics, Hewlett-Packard, Gemstar, KLH, MasterCard, MCI, Makita Powertools, Gillette, Weider Health and Fitness, all major record labels and a long list of artists and entertainment properties.Dr. Anderson has also been heavily involved with the Internet — building, repositioning or assisting over 20 companies in the entertainment, music, financial services, personal development and children's spaces.John leads the new business development and strategic planning team at e2amp.

John Phillips - Risk Management President
John  Phillips originally from the marketing department of the United Paramount Network (UPN), Following his experience at UPN, John moved to Long Advertising where he was responsible for supervising the account management team. With his sleeves rolled up John has managed all of the details of major advertising and promotion campaigns for the Academy Awards, Buena Vista Television, Morgan Creek, Sony Electronics, Twentieth Century Fox, Universal, Warner Brothers, JVC, Disney, Phoenix Pictures, and Columbia TriStar Home Video.

With the formation of AVG Tech, John's role and responsibilities expanded even more to encompass media strategy, media buying and evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency's campaigns and risk management.

John also currently oversees the Interactive Services division of AVG technologies and has recently supervised interactive projects for Lotus,Cars USA, Bruckheimer Interactive, Pythonline, JVC Mobile Entertainment and other studio and corporate clients. John directs the overall management operation of AVG.



MICHAEL CHU - Chief Creative Officer
Michael Chu is a former professor of Communication Design at the Otis Art Institute of Parsons School of Design. Michael has served as Creative Director for several prominent agencies, tailored specifically to the entertainment and corporate industries. His unique vision and exceptional ability in the area of concept and design has garnered several awards.

His impressive body of work includes projects for Disney, Columbia TriStar, Hanna Barbera, The Joffrey Ballet, Lancome, Loreal, The Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Sony, UPN, Revlon, JVC, Spago, Warner Brothers, The County of Los Angeles, Universal, Samsung, Paramount Pictures, and Twentieth Century Fox.
